A complete outsourcing of Vingo's HR department — from hiring to payroll — so the founding team can focus entirely on building the product.

What we're building together

Vingo is building India's next generation C2C commerce platform — and needs a team to match that ambition. HireVed is stepping in not as a recruitment vendor, but as Vingo's complete outsourced HR department for the first six months of its growth.

This means everything an internal HR team would own — sourcing, hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, background checks, documentation — is handled entirely by HireVed. The founding team gets to focus on the product. The people pipeline runs in parallel without demanding their attention.

We're not just filling roles. We're setting up the HR infrastructure Vingo will run on as it scales — from the first hire to the twelfth and beyond.

The structure of our engagement

Simple and transparent — a monthly retainer covering all HR operations, plus a placement fee on every full-time hire we make for Vingo.

Everything we own

The monthly retainer covers the complete HR lifecycle. Nothing below carries an additional charge outside of the placement fee on full-time hires.

The engagement is exclusive for its duration — meaning all hiring at Vingo runs through HireVed. This isn't a restriction; it's what makes the model work.

Exclusive hiring, undivided focus
When a role is open at Vingo, HireVed owns it end-to-end — from writing the JD to the candidate signing the offer. Exclusivity ensures there's no duplication of outreach, no crossed wires with parallel searches, and no confusion about ownership. Every open position gets dedicated effort and a fast close.

This is a 6-month engagement. At the end of it, Vingo has a functioning HR setup, a team in place, and the infrastructure to run HR internally if they choose — or to renew with HireVed.

Free replacement within 90 days of joining
If a candidate placed by HireVed leaves voluntarily, is let go, or simply isn't the right fit — at any point within 90 days of their joining date — HireVed will restart the search and place a replacement at no additional placement fee. The retainer continues as usual; the replacement costs nothing.
